Carbide Uniflute® Countersink
Recommended for use on abrasive, non-metallic and non-ferrous materials. May be used on hardened steel and work hardening alloys.
- Single flute
- Solid carbide 1/8 - 1/4" sizes
- Solid carbide head brazed to steel shank on sizes 3/8" and above
- Available with 60°, 82°, 90° and 100° included angles
- Included Angle Code (8th character of tool number): 1=60°, 2=82°, 3=90°, 4=100°
- Uncoated, coating available upon request
- Easily resharpened
- Rigid set-ups and good machinery maintenance are a must
- Not recommended for use in hand-held tools
- Standard angles may be modified from 55° to 99°
